Composite Debenture definition

Composite Debenture means the Composite Guarantee and Debenture dated as of the Closing Date, substantially in the form of Exhibit H-2, executed by European Holdings, ADI Germany and ADI U.K. in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of itself and the Lenders, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
