Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.
Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.
Charging Period means the charging period applicable to Customer’s Service, as specified on the Service Order (and if not specified, a monthly Charging Period applies).
Carrying Charges or "rental" means all regular charges paid on a periodic basis to a housing corporation by a person or family living in a rental or cooperative housing project, excluding initial down payments.
SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;
Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.
Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.
operating charge means any amount charged to a client by a registered firm in respect of the operation, transfer or termination of a client’s account and includes any federal, provincial or territorial sales taxes paid on that amount;
Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;
Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;
Legal Charge means the legal charge over the Land to be entered into by the Academy Trust in favour of the Secretary of State, in a form and substance satisfactory to the Secretary of State.
parking charge means the charge paid by drivers to leave a vehicle in a parking place;
Charging Energy means the amount of Energy withdrawn from the Utility Distribution Company’s electrical system, Participating Transmission Owner’s electrical system or the CAISO Grid to be stored by the Units of the Project.
Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.
Administrative Charge means, with respect to any Lease, any payment (whether or not part of the fixed monthly payment) payable to the related Lessor representing a disposition fee, a late payment fee, an Extension Fee, an allocation to the related Lessee of insurance premiums, sales, personal property or excise taxes or any other similar charge.
Charging Year means a year commencing on 1 April;
recharging point means an interface that is capable of charging one electric vehicle at a time or exchanging a battery of one electric vehicle at a time;
Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;
