Comprehensive Investment Plan definition

Comprehensive Investment Plan means the Florida ABLE, Inc. Comprehensive Investment Plan for the Florida ABLE Program adopted by Florida ABLE, Inc., and approved by the Board, pursuant to Section 1009.986, Florida Statutes, which specifies the investment policies of the Program. Florida ABLE, Inc., retains the authority to amend the investment policies at any time, subject to approval by the Board.
