As soon as practicable (but in any event within 60 days, or such longer period as may be necessary to allow for the receipt by Interconnector of all relevant invoices and data relating to the supply of Electricity) after the end of each Gas Year, Interconnector shall calculate in respect of that Gas Year the “Actual Compressor Electricity Unit Cost”, expressed in Euros/kWh, based on the actual total consumption of Compressor Electricity and the actual total Compressor Electricity Costs.
