Computer Services Agreement definition

Computer Services Agreement means the Computer Services Agreement dated as of the date hereof between WizCom and Rent A Car, pursuant to which WizCom has granted ARAC rights to use the Wizard System in the conduct of its car rental business and pursuant to which WizCom receives fees in exchange therefor as such agreement may be amended from time to time.
