Concentration Excess Amount definition

Concentration Excess Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (i) the Manufacturer Concentration Excess Amount with respect to each Manufacturer as of such date, if any, (ii) the Non-Investment Grade (High) Program Receivable Concentration Excess Amount as of such date, if any, and (iii) the Vehicle Concentration Excess Amount as of such date, if any, subject to the Concentration Excess Amount Calculation Convention.
Concentration Excess Amount means, as of any Calculation Date, the sum (without duplication) of the following amounts (including in such calculation amounts in respect of Railcars which will become Portfolio Railcars on the Closing Date, but excluding amounts in respect of any Railcars which will cease to be Portfolio Railcars at the time of such determination pursuant to Section 9.12 of the Security Agreement or otherwise):

  • Excess Concentration means the sum of the following amounts, without duplication:

  • Excess Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 13.

  • Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group A Obligor, 10.00%, (ii) for any Group B Obligor, 8.00%, (iii) for any Group C Obligor, 6.00% and (iv) for any Group D Obligor, 4.00%.

  • Concentration Reserve Percentage means, at any time of determination, the largest of: (a) the sum of the five (5) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group D Obligors, (b) the sum of the three (3) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group C Obligors, (c) the sum of the two (2) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group B Obligors and (d) the largest Obligor Percentage of the Group A Obligors.

  • Required Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.8.

  • Reserve Account Required Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to 0.25% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date; provided, however, that in no event shall the Reserve Account Required Amount on any Payment Date be more than the aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Notes on such Payment Date (after giving effect to the allocation of principal payments on such Payment Date).

  • Required Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Reserve Account Funding Date, an amount equal to (1) 0.50% of the Class A Invested Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all changes therein on such date) or (2) any other percentage (which may be 0%) of the Class A Invested Amount designated by the Transferors, provided that if such percentage is less than the percentage specified in clause (1) above, the Transferors shall have received the prior written consent of the Collateral Interest Holder and written notice from each Rating Agency that the Rating Agency Condition shall have been satisfied with respect to such designation and shall have delivered copies of each such written notice to the Servicer and the Trustee.

  • Funded Amount means, with respect to any Revolving Obligation (excluding a Synthetic Security) or Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation at any time, the aggregate principal amount of advances or other extensions of credit to the extent funded thereunder by the Issuer that are outstanding at such time.
