Concentrations Effective Date. The earlier of: (a) the date that is three months following the closing of a Permitted Securitization Transaction of at least $150,000,000; or (b) the date on which the Aggregate Outstanding Asset Balance first equals or exceeds $100,000,000 following the closing of a Permitted Securitization Transaction of at least $150,000,000.

Concentrations Effective Date. (i) As to any Loans and Leases, the earlier of: (a) the date that is three months following the more recent of (I) the Closing Date and (II) the closing of a Permitted Securitization Transaction after the Closing Date; or (b) the date on which the Aggregate Outstanding Asset Balance first equals or exceeds $100,000,000 following the more recent of (I) the Closing Date and (II) the closing of a Permitted Securitization Transaction after the Closing Date, and (ii) as to any LLC Assets, there shall be no Concentrations Effective Date.

Related to Concentrations Effective Date

  • Replacement Revolving Facility Effective Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).

  • Removal Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 9.06(b).

  • Contract Effective Date means the date agreed upon by the parties for beginning the period of performance under the contract. In no case shall the effective date precede the date on which the contracting officer or designated higher approval authority signs the document.

  • SOFR Index Cessation Effective Date means, in relation to a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or any successor administrator of the daily Secured Overnight Financing Rate) ceases to publish the daily Secured Overnight Financing Rate, or the date as of which the daily Secured Overnight Financing Rate may no longer be used;

  • Transfer Effective Date shall have the meaning set forth in each Commitment Transfer Supplement.

  • Amendment No. 8 Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Amendment No. 8.

  • Policy Effective Date means the commencement date of these Terms and Benefits which is specified as "Policy Effective Date" in the Policy Schedule.

  • Amendment No. 7 Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Amendment No. 7.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Amendment No. 4 Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Amendment No. 4.

  • Amendment No. 5 Effective Date has the meaning set forth in Amendment No. 5.

  • PAL effective date generally means the date of issuance of the PAL permit. However, the PAL effective date for an increased PAL is the date any emissions unit that is part of the PAL major modification becomes operational and begins to emit the PAL pollutant.

  • Release Effective Date means the date the Release becomes effective and irrevocable.

  • Increase Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(d).

  • Amendment No. 6 Effective Date has the meaning set forth in Amendment No. 6.

  • Amendment No. 2 Effective Date has the meaning specified in Amendment No. 2.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Effective Date means, in relation to an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or any successor administrator of the daily Overnight Bank Funding Rate) ceases to publish the daily Overnight Bank Funding Rate or the date as of which the daily Overnight Bank Funding Rate may no longer be used;

  • €STR Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of an €STR Index Cessation Event, the first date on which €STR is no longer provided by the European Central Bank (or any successor administrator of €STR), as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent;

  • Amendment No. 3 Effective Date has the meaning specified in Amendment No. 3.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c)(ii).

  • Amendment No. 1 Effective Date has the meaning specified in Amendment No. 1.

  • Activation Date means the date on which the Service and User Account (hereinafter defined) are activated for the Customer by TM as more particularly described in Clause 3.2 hereunder.
