The obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement and all other Operative Documents are full recourse obligations of the Borrower and shall be payable to the extent of the LLC Assets.
Amend or modify any of the Operative Documents to which it is a party or any other agreement or instrument pursuant to which any of the LLC Assets have been purchased or created, it being understood that the Lender’s execution of any amendment of the LLC Agreement in its capacity as member of the Borrower shall be deemed to be the prior written consent of the Lender to such amendment.
