Condemnation Action definition

Condemnation Action means a taking by any Governmental Authority (or other Person with power of eminent domain) by exercise of any right of eminent domain or by appropriation and an acquisition by any Governmental Authority (or other Person with power of eminent domain) through a private purchase in lieu thereof.
Condemnation Action means any action or proceeding, however characterized or named, relating to any condemnation or other taking, or conveyance in lieu thereof, of all or any part of the Mortgaged Property, whether direct or indirect.
Condemnation Action means a taking by any Governmental Authority (or other Person with power of eminent domain) by exercise of any right of eminent domain or by appropriation or an acquisition by any Governmental Authority (or other Person with power of eminent domain) through a private purchase in lieu thereof.
