Conditional approval means a time-limited status that results when an approved nursing education program has failed to maintain requirements as set forth in this chapter.
Conditional Access means control mechanisms, data structures and commands that scramble and encrypt signals in order to provide selective access and denial of specific channels, data, information or services to paying Subscribers.
Conditional Use Permit means a permit issued pursuant to Section 1.14 of this Ordinance.
Conditional Acceptance means a conditional acceptance by the Liquidity Provider of an extension of the Scheduled Termination Date.
Conditional use means a land use that, because of its unique characteristics or potential impact on the municipality, surrounding neighbors, or adjacent land uses, may not be compatible in some areas or may be compatible only if certain conditions are required that mitigate or eliminate the detrimental impacts.
Environmentally critical area means an area or feature which is of significant environmental value, including but not limited to: stream corridors, natural heritage priority sites, habitats of endangered or threatened species, large areas of contiguous open space or upland forest, steep slopes, and well head protection and groundwater recharge areas. Habitats of endangered or threatened species are identified using the Department’s Landscape Project as approved by the Department’s Endangered and Nongame Species Program.
continuing airworthiness means all of the processes ensuring that, at any time in its operating life, the aircraft complies with the airworthiness requirements in force and is in a condition for safe operation;
Normal Operating Conditions means those Service conditions which are within the control of Grantee. Those conditions which are not within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, telephone network outages, and severe or unusual weather conditions. Those conditions which are ordinarily within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, special promotions, pay-per-view events, rate increases, regular peak or seasonal demand periods, and maintenance or upgrade of the Cable System.
Zoning means the purpose for which land may lawfully be used or on which buildings may be erected or used, or both, as contained in an applicable town planning scheme and "zoned " has a corresponding meaning. Where a property carries multiple zoning rights, the categorisation of such property will be by apportioning the market value of the property, in a manner as may be prescribed, to the different purposes for which the property is used; an applying the rates applicable to the categories determined by the Municipality for properties used for those purposes to the different market value apportionments.
National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.
Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;
Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,
Debilitating medical condition means one or more of the following:
Environmentally constrained area means the following areas where the physical alteration of the land is in some way restricted, either through regulation, easement, deed restriction or ownership such as: wetlands, floodplains, threatened and endangered species sites or designated habitats, and parks and preserves. Habitats of endangered or threatened species are identified using the Department's Landscape Project as approved by the Department's Endangered and Nongame Species Program.
Seismic impact zone means an area with a 10% or greater probability that the maximum horizontal acceleration in lithified earth material, expressed as a percentage of the earth's gravitational pull (g), will exceed 0.10g in 250 years.
Environmental Condition means any condition or circumstance, including the presence of Hazardous Substances which does or would (i) require assessment, investigation, abatement, correction, removal or remediation under any Environmental Law, (ii) give rise to any civil or criminal Liability under any Environmental Law, (iii) create or constitute a public or private nuisance or (iv) constitute a violation of or non-compliance with any Environmental Law.
Environmental and Social Standards or “ESSs” means, collectively:
Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;
Obstetric condition means a condition that is listed under Group T4 (Obstetrics) in the Medicare Benefits Schedule.
Congenital Condition(s) means (a) any medical, physical or mental abnormalities existed at the time of or before birth, whether or not being manifested, diagnosed or known at birth; or (b) any neo-natal abnormalities developed within six (6) months of birth.
Building Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 4 of this local law. The term “Building Permit” shall also include a Building Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.
Occupancy Permit means a document authorizing the use of a development undertaken in accordance with a development permit issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;
