Conditions of Establishment definition

Conditions of Establishment means conditions imposed by the Municipality in the process of approval of a township establishment;
Conditions of Establishment means the Conditions of Establishment of the Township as approved by the Local Authority and reflected in the proclamation notice of the Township.
Conditions of Establishment are the conditions relating to the establishment of the Estate (also known as the conditions of subdivision)as issued by the local authority, including any amendments thereto;

More Definitions of Conditions of Establishment

Conditions of Establishment means the conditions of the Competent Authority in terms of which the Township has been approved during or about February 2008 under Plan Number: CPD Willow Park Manor X65/5 (D0072/5) - Local Authority, extracts of which are attached hereto as Annexure “B”, the complete text thereof being accessible on the Website;
