Conditions of Service definition

Conditions of Service means the document developed by a distributor in accordance with subsection 2.4 of the Code that describes the operating practices and connection rules for the distributor; (DSC)

• These Terms and Conditions of Service (these “Terms”) accompany and supplement the Membership Agreement and constitute the Terms referenced therein (these Terms, the Membership Agreement and all Schedules and Exhibits, collectively, the “Agreement”).

• A written agreement may, at the Company's option, be required to fulfill the provisions of Items 2, 14, and/or 17 of the Terms and Conditions of Service.

• Program Members desire to subscribe to and enroll in the Personalized Care Program on the terms and conditions set forth below in this Terms and Conditions of Service and the accompanying Personalized Care Membership Agreement (the “Membership Agreement”).

More Definitions of Conditions of Service

Conditions of Service means the document required to be prepared by a Market Support Services Licensee pursuant to section 15 that sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Market Support Services Licensee will provide market support services to a contestable consumer;
