Conditions of Purchase definition

Conditions of Purchase means the terms and conditions set out herein together with the terms stated and any Additional Terms referred to in the Purchase Order.

Conditions of Purchase. ’ means the terms and condition set out in this document which shall apply to the Contract unless the Order expressly refers to a specific contract, in which case the specific contract shall apply in conjunction with these terms and conditions but at all times the specific contract shall take precedence; together with any other terms or conditions incorporated into the Contract by express written agreement between ESR and the Supplier;

• All references to “terms and conditions” herein mean and include (i) these “General Terms and Conditions of Purchase”; (ii) Buyer’s Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase (when incorporated in Buyer’s Order); and (iii) any other terms and conditions mutually agreed upon by the Parties in writing in accordance with Section 2 herein.

• The contract awarded shall be for the supply of goods and/or services, subject to SCI’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase (attached to these Conditions).

• The duty to indemnify and/or hold harmless the City of Pawtucket shall not be limited by the insurance required under the City of Pawtucket Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

• In case of Conditions of Purchase not signed by the Producer or his/her authorized representative, the load of cattle will be treated by Meatco as stipulated by the Conditions of Purchase as stipulated on this page.

More Definitions of Conditions of Purchase

Conditions of Purchase means the Conditions of Purchase Form (Form PAR-1012EG-PA (01/95)), modified as shown on Exhibit H.
