Conditions of Registration definition

Conditions of Registration means the conditions referred to in Part 3;
Conditions of Registration means the conditions imposed on SBS Bank by RBNZ under section 74 of the RBNZ Act.
Conditions of Registration means the conditions of registration or licence imposed on ANZ by the RBNZ, as amended from time to time.

  • As part of its registration, ANZ New Zealand is subject to Conditions of Registration imposed by the RBNZ.

More Definitions of Conditions of Registration

Conditions of Registration means any discretionary conditions of registration imposed under Article 12 of the Regulation of Care Law or any conditions imposed in accordance with Regulations made under Article 11(3) of that Law;

  • Original Registration Rights Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

At the time the Registration Statement was or will be originally declared effective and at the time the Company’s most recent annual report on Form 10-K was filed with the Commission, if later, the Company met the then-applicable requirements for use of Form S-3 under the Securities Act. During the Agency Period, each time the Company files an annual report on Form 10-K the Company will meet the then-applicable requirements for use of Form S-3 under the Securities Act.

  • Effective Registration means the registration of the shares of Common Stock granted to the Grantee hereunder pursuant to an effective registration statement on Form S-8 or any successor form under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

  • Registration Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).

  • Additional Registration Statement means a registration statement or registration statements of the Company filed under the 1933 Act covering any Additional Registrable Securities.
