If at any time following the date of such written notice and prior to the new Redemption Date the applicable Conditions to Redemption are no longer satisfied, the above notice provisions shall again apply.
Upon the expiry of such notice, the Issuer shall, subject to Condition 7(b) (Conditions to Redemption, Substitution, Variation and Purchase), redeem the Securities.
