Conduit Program definition

Conduit Program. GSMC’s mortgage conduit program, through which mortgage loans are acquired from time to time from various banks, savings and loan associations, mortgage bankers and other mortgage loan originators and purchasers of mortgage loans in the secondary market.
Conduit Program means the loan facility provided by the Conduit Lender to the Funding Note Issuer and to other borrowers.
Conduit Program means the program pursuant to which the Advisor or its affiliates sources or facilitates the purchase of newly originated residential mortgage loans by Subsidiaries from sellers approved by the Advisor or its affiliates utilizing the underwriting guidelines and policies established by the Advisor or its affiliates.

Conduit Program has the meaning specified in Section 5.2(a) (Release of Collateral).

  • Conduit System means any combination of Ducts, Conduits, Manholes, and Handholes joined to form an integrated whole. In this Appendix, the term refers to Conduit Systems owned or controlled by AT&T-22STATE.

  • Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.

  • Conduit Purchaser means each commercial paper conduit that is or becomes a party to this Agreement in the capacity of a “Conduit Purchaser”.

  • Conduit Assignee means, with respect to any Conduit Investor, any commercial paper conduit whose Commercial Paper is rated by at least two of the Specified Rating Agencies and is rated at least “A-1” from Standard & Poor’s, “P-1” from Xxxxx’x and/or “F1” from Fitch, as applicable, that is administered by the Funding Agent with respect to such Conduit Investor or any Affiliate of such Funding Agent, in each case, designated by such Funding Agent to accept an assignment from such Conduit Investor of the Investor Group Principal Amount or a portion thereof with respect to such Conduit Investor pursuant to Section 9.17(b).

  • Program means the statutorily authorized activities of the System Agency under which this Contract has been awarded.

  • Program Support Provider means and includes with respect to each Conduit Purchaser any Liquidity Provider and any other Person (other than any customer of such Conduit Purchaser) now or hereafter extending credit or having a commitment to extend credit to or for the account of, or to make purchases from, such Conduit Purchaser pursuant to any Program Support Agreement.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • Conduit Lender any special purpose corporation organized and administered by any Lender for the purpose of making Loans otherwise required to be made by such Lender and designated by such Lender in a written instrument; provided, that the designation by any Lender of a Conduit Lender shall not relieve the designating Lender of any of its obligations to fund a Loan under this Agreement if, for any reason, its Conduit Lender fails to fund any such Loan, and the designating Lender (and not the Conduit Lender) shall have the sole right and responsibility to deliver all consents and waivers required or requested under this Agreement with respect to its Conduit Lender, and provided, further, that no Conduit Lender shall (a) be entitled to receive any greater amount pursuant to Section 2.18, 2.19, 2.20 or 10.5 than the designating Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the extensions of credit made by such Conduit Lender or (b) be deemed to have any Commitment.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Program sponsor means the independent contracting organization which sponsors the Program.

  • Program fund means the program fund created under Section 53B-8a-107,

  • Alternative education program means a school or separate class group designed to best serve students’ educational needs and interests and assist students in achieving the academic standards of the district and the state.

  • Child day program means a regularly operating service arrangement for children where, during the absence of a parent or guardian, a person or organization has agreed to assume responsibility for the supervision, protection, and well-being of a child under the age of 13 for less than a 24-hour period.

  • Commercial Paper means, with respect to any Conduit Investor, the promissory notes issued in the commercial paper market by or for the benefit of such Conduit Investor.

  • Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.

  • Alternative program means a class or environment established within the regular educational program and designed to accommodate specific student educational needs such as, but not limited to, work-related training; reading, mathematics or science skills; communication skills; social skills; physical skills; employability skills; study skills; or life skills.

  • Conduit Credit Enhancer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14(d).

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • Individualized education program or “IEP” means a written statement for a child with a disability as defined in 14 DE Admin. Code 922.

  • CP means SFMTA Contracts and Procurement.

  • Individualized Education Program (IEP) means a written statement for a child with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with Sections 300.320 through 300.324 of 34 CFR.

  • CP Conduit means any limited-purpose entity established to use the direct or indirect proceeds of the issuance of Commercial Paper Notes to finance financial assets.

  • Pooled Commercial Paper means Commercial Paper notes of a Conduit subject to any particular pooling arrangement by such Conduit, but excluding Commercial Paper issued by such Conduit for a tenor and in an amount specifically requested by any Person in connection with any agreement effected by such Conduit.

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.
