Configuration Parameter definition

Configuration Parameter means the IP address, FTP- or user passwords and similar data guaranteeing the communication between the Exchange-EDP and the Participant System; EFAG shall inform the Contracting Party separately about such data.
Configuration Parameter. Logic number (LN) as well as network areas and/or network addresses, USER passwords and similar data allowing communication between a system of a Contractual Party and Clearing EDP, communicated to the Contractual Party separately by Eurex Clearing.

The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Parameter means a measurable factor of a liquid, gas, or solid such as temperature, pH, length, or elevation, and includes constituents of the liquid, gas, or solid.
