Participant System definition

Participant System means all hardware components and software components of a trading participant, in particular the local networks, interfaces and end input devices which it uses for connecting to the Exchange-EDP and which enable orderly exchange trading. The company shall be responsible for the operation of the Participant System.
Participant System means the EDP- equipment determined for connection to the Exchange- EDP including all hardware components and software components the operation of which lies within the responsibility of the Contracting Party.
Participant System. Hard- and software components of the Contractual Party, in particular local networks, interfaces, servers, routers, input terminals as well as internal network connections of the Contractual Party which the Contractual Party uses to connect to the Clearing EDP.

  • Eurex Clearing shall be entitled, after a previous notification by the Contractual Party, to assign the installation and operation of a Participant System or of parts thereof in the offices of the Contractual Party to a third party as long as the application of and adherence to the regulations of the Connection Agreement, in particular by the third party, is guaranteed.

  • The Contractual Party shall be obligated to ensure by means of an appropriate agreement with the third party that such third party entitles Eurex Clearing to verify at any time whether the conditions for the installation and operation of a Participant System are met.

  • Participant / Participant System may terminate its enrollment in an individual Product Program or all individual Product Programs for any reason or no reason with fifteen (15) days written notice to Merck.

  • This applies in particular to the support of Eurex Clearing in terms of specific operating system versions and application software (e.g. web browser) on the Participant System.

  • Merck reserves the right to deny any Participant inclusion in any individual Product Program and/or inclusion in any individual Product Program as part of a Participant System.

  • Connection point to the Eurex Clearing EDP which provides for the routing of Clearing Data between the Clearing EDP and the connected Participant System.

Related to Participant System

  • Participant ID means each unique identifier assigned to a Participant other than a DMA Customer by BSEF for access to the SEF operated by BSEF.

  • Participant contract means a contract by which a sponsored captive insurance company insures the risks of a participant and limits the losses of the participant to the assets of a protected cell.

  • Participant Group means you, each of your holding companies and subsidiaries and each subsidiary of each of your holding companies (as each such term is defined in the Companies Act 1985); and

  • Participant Documentation means the agreements (together with any applicable schedules, exhibits or appendices thereto required by BSEF) in form and substance acceptable to BSEF, that are required to be executed and delivered to BSEF before a Person may access the SEF operated by BSEF as a Participant. Participant Documentation shall not include DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Settlement System Code means the specifications, standards, methods, calculations and conventions established under the AUC Settlement System Code Rule 021, as amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Program participant means an individual certified by the secretary as a program participant under Iowa Code section 9E.3.

  • Retirement system means a retirement plan or system that is established by or pursuant to title 38.

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Market Participant Energy Withdrawal means transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market and Real-time Energy Market, including but not limited to Demand Bids, Decrement Bids, real-time load (net of Behind The Meter Generation expected to be operating, but not to be less than zero), internal bilateral transactions and Export Transactions, as further described in the PJM Manuals.

  • Market Participant Energy Injection means transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market and Real-time Energy Market, including but not limited to Day-ahead generation schedules, real- time generation output, Increment Offers, internal bilateral transactions and import transactions, as further described in the PJM Manuals.

  • Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the industry-wide data collection system, which handles the daily exchange of message details between CMDS participating telephone companies (also known as CMDS Direct Participants). AT&T-21STATE is a CMDS Direct Participant.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Participant has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(d).

  • Designated System means an electric generation unit that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source that is selected by the IPA through the ABP and approved by the ICC for inclusion in this Agreement as of the Trade Date of a Product Order. All Designated Systems under this Agreement shall either be a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device or a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project.

  • Covered electronic device or “CED” means desktop or personal computers, computer monitors, portable computers, CRT-based televisions and non-CRT-based televisions or any other similar or peripheral electronic device specified in regulations adopted pursuant Section 22a-638 of the CGS, sold to consumers, but does not include: (A) An electronic device that is a part of a motor vehicle or any component part of a motor vehicle assembled by, or for, a vehicle manufacturer or franchise dealer, including replacement parts for use in a motor vehicle; (B) an electronic device that is functionally or physically part of a larger piece of equipment designed and intended for use in an industrial, commercial or medical setting, including diagnostic, monitoring or control equipment; (C) an electronic device that is contained within a clothes washer, clothes dryer, refrigerator, refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven, conventional oven or range, dishwasher, room air conditioner, dehumidifier or air purifier; (D) telephones of any type unless they contain a video display area greater than four inches measured diagonally; or (E) any handheld device used to access commercial mobile radio service, as such service is defined in 47 CFR 20.

  • Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) means the provider of enhanced services, as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.
