Conflict Committee definition

Conflict Committee means a committee nominated by the Board of HKEx to consider conflicts of interest or potential conflicts of interest and comprising not less than 3 employees of HKEx (each a “Committee Member”) provided that at least two Committee Members shall be Senior Executives. A meeting of the Conflict Committee may be effected by telephone or such other form of communication as the Committee Members may from time to time decide provided that all Committee Members participating in the meeting are able effectively to communicate with each other.
Conflict Committee means the Conflict Committee referred to in Article 17; “Constitution” means this Constitution of the Association;
Conflict Committee means a committee formed by Parent or HSW/CGI, as described in Section 2.

Conflict Committee means the committee formed further to the Design-Build Manual, or otherwise within GDOT, comprised of qualified GDOT personnel who will determine whether the Respondent's proposed course of action for remedy of a Conflict of Interest is accepted or rejected or whether a conflict is cause for dismissal from services currently being performed.
Conflict Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(a).
