Conforming Building or Structure definition

Conforming Building or Structure means a building or structure which complies with all requirements of this ordinance and other regulations adopted by the City of Mapleton.

Churches and other buildings owned by religious organization may be qualified buildings, but in no event shall tax credits be used for religious worship.

  • Expansion to an existing manufactured home park or subdivision means the preparation of additional sites by the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads).
