Conforming Energy definition

Conforming Energy means all Net Energy except Non-Conforming Energy subject to any adjustments to the Energy Delivery Schedule in Section 4.9 and 4.10.
Conforming Energy means all Net Output less Non-Conforming Energy and Inadvertent Energy.

  • PacifiCorp will pay Seller Conforming Energy or Non-Conforming Energy Purchase Prices stated in Exhibit K and as described in this Section 5.1 for all deliveries of Net Output adjusted for the month and On-Peak Hours or Off- Peak Hours and Capacity Rights, up to the Maximum Delivery Rate.

  • In the event of (i) a Qualifying Curtailment, or (ii) a Forced Outage lasting at least 48 hours and for which Seller provides notice to PacifiCorp pursuant to Section 6.5.3 (“Qualifiying Outage”), the Scheduled Monthly Energy Delivery will be adjusted, pro rata, (“Adjusted Scheduled Monthly Energy Delivery”) for that month to determine Conforming Energy and Non-Conforming Energy.

  • For the period beginning one-hundred and eighty days prior to the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date and ending 90 days prior to the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date, PacifiCorp shall pay to Seller ninety percent (90%) of the On-Peak and Off-Peak 2006 Contract Price per MWh times the Annual Multiplier specified for a given Contract Year in Exhibit 5.1.2 for deliveries of Conforming Energy after the Commercial Operation Date.

  • Net energy metering means the difference between the kilowatt-hours consumed by a customer-generator and the kilowatt-hours generated by the customer- generator's facility over any time period determined as if measured by a single meter capable of registering the flow of electricity in two directions.

  • Air dried coating means a coating that is dried by the use of air or forced warm air at temperatures up to 1940F (900C).

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • Renewable Energy Certificates or “RECs” shall mean all of the Certificates and any and all other Environmental Attributes associated with the Products or otherwise produced by the Facility which satisfy the RPS for a RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit, and shall represent title to and claim over all Environmental Attributes associated with the specified MWh of generation from such RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit.

  • Coal means non-coking as well as coking coal, produced domestically and categorized into different classes, grades and sizes, as per the notification/order issued for such purpose by Government of India(GoI)/CIL/ Seller; and shall where the context so requires, include Imported Coal.

  • Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) means a vehicle that is similar to a Hybrid but is equipped with a larger, more advanced battery that allows the vehicle to be plugged in and recharged in addition to refueling with gasoline. This larger battery allows the car to be driven on a combination of electric and gasoline fuels.

  • Renewable energy resource means a resource that naturally replenishes over a human, not a geological, time frame and that is ultimately derived from solar power, water power, or wind power. Renewable energy resource does not include petroleum, nuclear, natural gas, or coal. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • Mono-fuel gas vehicle means a mono fuel vehicle that primarily runs on LPG, NG/biomethane, or hydrogen but may also have a petrol system for emergency purposes or starting only, where the petrol tank does not contain more than 15 litres of petrol;
