Congregational Meeting means a meeting of Full Members, Members and Adherents to discuss church business. “Annual Congregational Meeting” means a Congregational Meeting held on or before March 31st each year to discuss church business, review annual reports, approve St. Thomas’ financial statements for the preceding calendar year and approve the budget for St. Thomas’ Operating Fund for the current calendar year.
