Congregations in Union with the Convention definition

Congregations in Union with the Convention means those Congregations which founded the Anglican Diocese of Pittsburgh and remain in good standing with it, in addition to those Congregations which have been admitted into Union with the Convention since that time, according to the process established in Article XIII of the Constitution and Canon XVI, Section 2.

  • Geneva Convention means the Convention of 28 July 1951 relating to the status of refugees, as amended by the New York Protocol of 31 January 1967;

  • Warsaw Convention means the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air, signed at Warsaw, October 12, 1929, as amended, but not including the Montreal Convention as defined above.

The scores from educator practice instruments for teaching staff members other than teachers, Principals, Vice Principals, and Assistant Principals may be applied to the teaching staff member’s summative evaluation rating in a manner determined by the school district.
