UPI Mechanism means the mechanism that may be used by a UPI Bidder to make a Bid in the Offer in accordance with the UPI Circulars;
connecting sewer means a pipe owned by the municipality and installed by it for the purpose of conveying sewage from a drainage installation on a premises to a sewer beyond the boundary of those premises or within a servitude area or within an area covered by a way-leave or by agreement;
connecting point means the point at which the drainage installation joins the connecting sewer;
Conducting Media means drains, sewers, conduits, flues, risers, gutters, gullies, channels, ducts, shafts, watercourses, pipes, cables, wires and mains.
Residual market mechanism means an arrangement, either voluntary or mandated by law, involving participation by insurers in the equitable apportionment among them of insurance which may be offered to applicants who are unable to obtain insurance through ordinary methods.
