Connection Charge Bond definition

Connection Charge Bond means the bond to be provided to the Company by a bank or financial institution with an Approved Credit Rating, in the form set out in the Connection Agreement or any replacement or substitute thereof approved by the Company and received by the Company which has not expired or been cancelled or released by the Company;
Connection Charge Bond means a bond, in respect of the Connection Charge, to be issued to the Company by an Approved Issuer in the Company’s prescribed form (and including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Revised Connection Charge Bond or Replacement Connection Charge Bond) which has not expired, been cancelled or released;
