Connection Ordinance definition

Connection Ordinance means Ordinance No. 2000-7, of this Township, enacted on June 29, 2000, together with any amendments, revisions and supplements thereto, requiring, inter alia, certain Owners of Improved Property that is adjoining and adjacent to the Sewer System, to connect therewith and providing for related matters.
Connection Ordinance means the ordinance enacted by the Rush Township requiring all Owners of any Improved Property located in the Township, which is adjoining or adjacent to a Sewer, to connect to such Sewer and use the same in such manner as the Townships may ordain.
