Connection Ordinance definition

Connection Ordinance means Ordinance No. 2000-7, of this Township, enacted on June 29, 2000, together with any amendments, revisions and supplements thereto, requiring, inter alia, certain Owners of Improved Property that is adjoining and adjacent to the Sewer System, to connect therewith and providing for related matters.
Connection Ordinance means the ordinance enacted by the Rush Township requiring all Owners of any Improved Property located in the Township, which is adjoining or adjacent to a Sewer, to connect to such Sewer and use the same in such manner as the Townships may ordain.

  • The transmission system operator shall be liable for damage to property (“Sach- schäden”) and financial loss (“Vermögensschäden”) suffered by the shipper at all pressure levels as a result of the interruption of or disturbances in network ac- cess in accordance with Section 5 GasNZV in conjunction with Section 18 NDAV (Low Pressure Connection Ordinance) (see Annex 1).

  • Connection user In accordance with Section 1 (3) NDAV (Low Pressure Connection Ordinance), shall also apply to medium and high-pressure networks.

  • The prohibition of offsetting contained in Section 23 subsection 3 of the Low Voltage Connection Ordinance shall not apply to the extent that entitlements deriving from this Act are offset.
