CONNECTION PIPELINE definition

CONNECTION PIPELINE or CP shall mean the pipeline on the territory of the Czech Republic from the GCP to the BTS HSK (approx. 640 m long, DN 1 400 mm, DP 100 xxxx / PN 100, MOP 85 xxxx including the culvert under the Schweinitz river at the German-Czech state border).).
CONNECTION PIPELINE means the pipeline for the transmission of gas from the Gas Production Area to the Treatment Plant, which will be approximately 43kms in length. Contract Day means any Day in the Supply Period. Contract Month means each Month during a Contract Year. Contract Year means each period of 12 consecutive Months during the Supply Period commencing at 8.00 am on 1 January and ending at 8.00 am on 1 January in the following calendar year except that: (a) the first Contract Year will commence at 8.00 am on the Commencement Date and end at 8.00 am on the immediately following 1 January; and
