Connection Speed definition

Connection Speed means the amount of data that can be transferred from a Registered Device to or from the Internet per unit time as defined in the Order Confirmation;
Connection Speed refers to the throughput rate or the amount of data that can be transferred between my location and the Sebastian facilities serving my location over a given period of time.   • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
