Connection Unit definition

Connection Unit means each individual building or portion of a building which is designed or adaptable to separate ownership whether for commercial, industrial, or residential use. A school, factory, apartment house, office building, or other multiple unit structure whose individual apartments or units are connected to a common internal sewage system and which are not commonly subject to separate ownership shall be considered as one Connection Unit.
Connection Unit means each individual building or house whether constructed as a detached unit or as one of a pair or row which is designed or adaptable to separate ownership for use as a family dwelling unit or for commercial or industrial purposes. A school, factory, apartment house, office building, or other multiple unit structure whose individual apartments or units are connected to a common internal sewage system and which are not commonly subject to separate ownership shall be considered as one Collection Unit.
Connection Unit means each structure or portion of a structure for which a use and occupancy certificate is required upon original occupancy or resale or for which one (1) or more additional laterals are required pursuant to rules, regulations, practice, and/or specifications of the Authority.

Examples of Connection Unit in a sentence

  • Horizon Licensing shall be purchased as a Concurrent Connection Unit block (“CCU Block”).

  • Village tap-on connection and Meter Connection Unit (MXU) fees will be charged pursuant to the applicable Village Ordinances in effect at issuance of each building permit application.

  • Village tap-on connection and Meter Connection Unit (“MXU”) fees will be paid pursuant to the applicable Village ordinances in effect at the time of approval of this Agreement pursuant to Section 21 hereof.
