Connection Works definition

Connection Works means the connection of a Service (or any part thereof) for the establishment of a new Supply Meter Point on to the National Grid System;
Connection Works means Work Nos. 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B, 7A, 7B, 8A, 8B, 9A, 9B and 10 and any related further associated development;
Connection Works means the Company’s Connection Works and the Customer’s Connection Works;

More Definitions of Connection Works

Connection Works means the works required for the Proposed Connection(s) comprising the Contestable Connection Works and the Non-Contestable Connection Works.
Connection Works means the permanent and temporary works and services to be performed by or on behalf of Irish Water in the acquisition, design, procurement, construction and installation of the Connection Facilities and the obtaining of permits and the tie-in and commissioning of a Connection Point(s) in accordance with the requirements of this Connection Agreement;

Connection Works means Work Nos. 5B to 69 and any related further associated development in connection with those works;

Connection Works means the works Cadent may undertake to directly connect the Proposed Supply Point Premises to Cadent’s networks, or to connect pipes laid by the Customer, or the Customer’s nominated GIRS accredited Utility Infrastructure Provider, to connect the Proposed Supply Point Premises to Cadent’s network.
Connection Works means Work Nos. 3B to 41 and any related further associated development including, in relation to cable laying, jointing bays, manholes, kiosks, marker posts and other works associated with cable laying;
