Contestable Connection Works definition

Contestable Connection Works means the works that the Customer has an option to carry out itself or by appointing a Connection Provider as more particularly described in the Specific Conditions.
Contestable Connection Works. The part of the Works that the Customer may elect to undertake or appoint an appropriate third party to undertake.

Examples of Contestable Connection Works in a sentence

  • Alternative Provider shall be responsible for obtaining at the Customer’s cost (including all professional, legal and other fees and costs of the Company and any third party) all necessary rights, permissions and approvals for the carrying out and maintenance of those Contestable Connection Works and shall ensure that the required Consents and Land Rights are made available to the Company and are in place at the adoption of those Works by the Company.
