Consenting 1.5L Noteholders definition

Consenting 1.5L Noteholders means certain holders, permitted successors, and assigns of the 1.5L Notes (constituting at least two thirds in amount of the outstanding 1.5L Notes) listed on the signature pages attached to this Agreement that, in each case, are members of the First Lien Ad Hoc Group or the 1.5 Lien Ad Hoc Group.
Consenting 1.5L Noteholders means the Holders of the Prepetition 1.5L Notes Claims that are signatories to the RSA, a Joinder Agreement, or a Transfer Agreement.

  • Senior Noteholders means the holders of the Senior Notes.

  • Class E Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class E Note is registered on the Note Register.
