Administration Charge means a charge established in accordance with Chapter 90.50A RCW and Chapter 173-98 WAC, to be used to pay Ecology’s cost to administer the State Revolving Fund by placing a percentage of the interest earned in an Administrative Charge Account.
Water conservation means the preservation and careful management of water resources.
Ex-situ conservation means the conservation of components of biological diversity outside their natural habitats.
in situ conservation means the conservation of ecosystems and natural habitats and the maintenance and recovery of viable populations of species in their natural surroundings and, in the case of domesticated or cultivated species, in the surroundings where they have developed their distinctive properties.
Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay the customer's share of transition costs.
Conservation means any reduction in electric power
conservation area means the areas of the mineral lease within the solid black boundaries on Plan E being respectively the reserves known as ‘Xxxx’ ‘Serpentine’ and ‘Monadnock’, and parts of the reserve known as ‘Lane‑Xxxxx’;
Resource Substitution Charge means a charge assessed on Capacity Market Buyers in an Incremental Auction to recover the cost of replacement Capacity Resources.
Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;
Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;
Conservation easement means that term as defined in section 2140 of the natural resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.2140.
Resource conservation means the reduction in the use of water, energy, and raw materials. (Minn. Stat. § 115A.03, Subd. 26a)
Resource Conservation and Recovery Act means the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 6901, et seq., as amended.
Energy conservation means the decrease in energy requirements of specific customers during any selected time period, resulting in a reduction in end-use services.
Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.
Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;
Conservation district means the same as that term is defined in Section 17D-3-102.
Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;
Parking Charge means the charge paid by drivers to leave a vehicle in a parking place;
User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.
Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.
Energy conservation measure means a training program or facility alteration designed to reduce energy consumption or operating costs and includes:
Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.
Stormwater means water resulting from precipitation (including rain and snow) that runs off the land’s surface, is transmitted to the subsurface, or is captured by separate storm sewers or other sewage or drainage facilities, or conveyed by snow removal equipment.
Conservation Plan means a document that outlines how a project site will be managed using best management practices to avoid potential negative environmental impacts.
Bond Service Charges means principal, including mandatory sinking fund requirements for retirement of obligations, and interest, and redemption premium, if any, required to be paid by the authority on obligations.
