Unit Charge definition

Unit Charge means the charge for Gas expressed as pence/kWh as set out in the Contract Details, Renewal Details, Out of Contract Rate or Deemed Contract Rate (as the case may be).
Unit Charge means the charge for Gas expressed as xxxxx per kw/h as set out in the Contract Details.

More Definitions of Unit Charge

Unit Charge means the rate applicable to: (a) Electricity Suppliers, calculated in accordance with Schedule 8, paragraph B6; or (b) Gas Suppliers, calculated in accordance with Schedule 8, paragraph C6, as the context requires;
Unit Charge means the charge for Gas expressed as xxxxx/kWh as set out in the Contract Details, Renewal Details, Out of Contract Rate or Deemed Contract Rate (as the case may be). ‘VAT’ means value added tax (or any other applicable sales tax).
Unit Charge means the dollar amount established by the Board of Representatives pursuant to Section V below, as the annual solid waste fee charged for one Billing Unit.
