Consignment Warehouse definition

Consignment Warehouse means the warehouse facilities owned and operated by Wintec as identified in Section 7.
Consignment Warehouse means the warehouse operated by PECO to receive, store and deliver Products.
Consignment Warehouse means that area located on Purchaser's Canton Mill property designated "the coal hill" or such other place of storage of coal on the mill property.

  • Wintec will make available to Manufacturer at Manufacturer’s request security reports (including, but not limited to, login records and intrusion logs) relating to the Consignment Stock stored at the Consignment Warehouse or otherwise in Wintec’s possession.

Related to Consignment Warehouse

  • Consignment means products which are either sent simultaneously from one exporter to one consignee or covered by a single transport document covering their shipment from the exporter to the consignee or, in the absence of such a document, by a single invoice;

  • Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other tangible personal property leased by Seller for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.

  • Agricultural equipment includes but is not limited to equipment associated with livestock or crop production, horticulture, or floriculture. “Agricultural equipment” includes but is not limited to tractors; trailers; combines; tillage, planting, and cultivating implements; balers; irrigation implements; and all-terrain vehicles.

  • All-terrain type I vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
