Warehouse Facilities means the warehouses which are operated by the Company or a Related Corporation or such other warehouses operated by third parties whose services the Company or a Related Corporation may engage from time to time.
Warehouse Facilities means initially, the Funding I Transaction, the Citigroup Warehouse Transaction, the IXIS Warehouse Transaction and any similar collateralized financing facility the Originator and the Servicer may enter into after the Closing Date.
Warehouse Facilities means any funding arrangement pursuant to which one or more lenders, conduit or special purpose vehicles and other financial institutions provide the Company or one of its Subsidiaries debt financing to purchase, originate, sell, securitize, carry, service or maintain mortgage loans or other financial assets or servicing rights.

IRCTC reserves the right to inspect the Warehouse Facilities and the warehouse sites of the agency at any time to assure compliance with this Agreement.
