Consolidated Adjusted Leverage Ratio definition

Consolidated Adjusted Leverage Ratio as at the last day of any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrowers, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Adjusted Debt on such day to (b) Consolidated EBITDAR of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries for such period.
Consolidated Adjusted Leverage Ratio means the ratio of (a) Consolidated Funded Debt, as of the end of any fiscal quarter, to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the four fiscal quarter period ended as of the end of such fiscal quarter.
Consolidated Adjusted Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness (net of unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents of Holdings and its Subsidiaries in an amount not to exceed $20,000,000) as of such date to (b) Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA for the most recently completed Measurement Period.
