Consolidated Adjusted Leverage Ratio definition

Consolidated Adjusted Leverage Ratio means, for any period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Adjusted Debt as of the last day of such period to, (b) Consolidated EBITDAR of Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such period.
Consolidated Adjusted Leverage Ratio means the ratio of (a) Consolidated Funded Debt, as of the end of any fiscal quarter, to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the four fiscal quarter period ended as of the end of such fiscal quarter.
Consolidated Adjusted Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) the remainder of Consolidated Funded Indebtedness as of such date, minus all unencumbered cash and cash equivalents of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and Consolidated Entities as of such date with adjustments for international tax effects at an assumed withholding rate of 35%, as applicable, to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the period of the four fiscal quarters most recently ended.
