Consolidated Capital Funds definition

Consolidated Capital Funds means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) Consolidated Indebtedness outstanding on such date and (ii) the Consolidated Net Worth at such date.
Consolidated Capital Funds as at the date of determination -------------------------- thereof, the sum of Consolidated Tangible Net Worth of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such date and the outstanding principal amount of the Borrower's Subordinated Debt at such date.
