Consolidated Common Equity Tier 1 Capital Ratio definition

Consolidated Common Equity Tier 1 Capital Ratio means, as of any date, the Common Equity Tier 1 risk-weighted capital ratio on a consolidated basis, as calculated in accordance with the applicable standards set forth in the Applicable Banking Regulations, and shall also include any successor or substitute term applicable pursuant to the Applicable Banking Regulations, as of such date.
Consolidated Common Equity Tier 1 Capital Ratio means, as at any date, the ratio of the Company's CET1 Capital, calculated by the Company on a consolidated basis, as at such date to the Risk Weighted Assets as at the same date, expressed as a percentage;
Consolidated Common Equity Tier 1 Capital Ratio means, as of any date, the Common Equity Tier 1 risk- weighted capital ratio on a consolidated basis, as calculated in accordance with the Applicable Capital Adequacy Regulations, and shall also include any successor or substitute term applicable pursuant to the Applicable Capital Adequacy Regulations.

  • In such case, the Company will endeavor, as soon as practicable after the Company reports or publicly announces, as applicable, its Consolidated Common Equity Tier 1 Capital Ratio, to deliver a written notice to the holders of the Securities, the Trustee and the paying agent in accordance with the terms of this Indenture, confirming that a Capital Ratio Event shall be deemed to have not occurred.

  • Consolidated First Lien Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated First Lien Net Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.

  • Consolidated Total Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Net Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.

  • Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Net Funded Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the most recently completed Measurement Period.

  • Consolidated First Lien Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated First Lien Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the period of the four fiscal quarters of the Borrower most recently ended.

  • Tier 1 Capital means Additional Tier 1 Capital or any item that qualifies as common equity tier 1 capital pursuant to National Regulations.

  • Common Equity of any Person means Capital Stock of such Person that is generally entitled (a) to vote in the election of directors of such Person or (b) if such Person is not a corporation, to vote or otherwise participate in the selection of the governing body, partners, managers or others that will control the management or policies of such Person.

  • Consolidated Secured Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Secured Net Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.

  • Consolidated Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the most recently completed Measurement Period.

  • Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (x) the sum of (a) Consolidated Total Indebtedness as of such date and (b) without duplication, the Reserved Indebtedness Amount as of such date to (y) LTM EBITDA.

  • Consolidated Coverage Ratio means as of any date of determination, with respect to any Person, the ratio of (x) the aggregate amount of Consolidated EBITDA of such Person for the period of the most recent four consecutive fiscal quarters ending prior to the date of such determination for which financial statements are in existence to (y) Consolidated Interest Expense for such four fiscal quarters, provided, however, that:

  • Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated EBITDA for the period of the four prior fiscal quarters ending on such date to (b) Consolidated Interest Charges for such period.

  • Consolidated Funded Debt means Funded Debt of the Consolidated Group determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
