Consolidated State Tax Return definition

Consolidated State Tax Return means a Tax Return filed with respect to a Consolidated State Tax liability.
Consolidated State Tax Return shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.4.
Consolidated State Tax Return means any consolidated, combined or unitary U.S. state or local Income Tax Return of which any member of the Raytheon Affiliated Group is the parent corporation which includes any RECI Company for the relevant period.
