  • Reset Reference Bank Rate means, in relation to a Reset Period and the Reset Determination Date in relation to such Reset Period, the percentage rate determined on the basis of the 5-year Mid-Swap Rate Quotations provided by the Reset Reference Banks to the Agent Bank at approximately 12:00 p.m. (London time) on such Reset Determination Date.
