Constituent Fund definition

Constituent Fund means the fund that constitutes the Scheme or a fund that forms part of the Scheme;
Constituent Fund. Any of Wxxxx Fargo Multi-Strategy 100 Fund I, LLC; Wxxxx Fargo Multi-Strategy 100 TEI Fund I, LLC; Wxxxx Fargo Multi-Strategy 100 Fund A, LLC; Wxxxx Fargo Multi-Strategy 100 TEI Fund A, LLC.
Constituent Fund means a Fund in a Portfolio.

  • Such statement of accounting policies shall, as a minimum, comply with the requirements of the Regulation and of any relevant regulatory authority having jurisdiction over the Plan or any Constituent Fund.
