Current Funds definition

Current Funds means wire transfers, certified funds or cashier's checks in a form acceptable to the Title Company which would permit the Title Company to immediately disburse such funds.
Current Funds as used in the Transfer Agency Agreement shall be deemed to include the Fund. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Transfer Agency Agreement.

More Definitions of Current Funds

Current Funds means wire transfers, certified funds or a cashier’s check in the form acceptable to the Escrow Agent that would permit the Escrow Agent to immediately disburse or deposit such funds. The Deposit shall be held and disbursed by the Escrow Agent as more fully set forth in this Agreement and in the Escrow Agreement annexed hereto as Exhibit “B” (“Escrow Agreement”). The risk of loss with respect to the Deposit shall be with Purchaser.
