Construction and/or Manufacture Documents definition

Construction and/or Manufacture Documents means all drawings, calculations, computer software (programs), samples, patterns, models, operation and maintenance manuals, and other manuals and information of a similar nature, to be submitted by the Contractor.

  • The Construction and/or Manufacture Documents shall be in the custody and care of the Contractor during the Contract.

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:
