Examples of Construction and/or Manufacture Documents in a sentence

  • The Construction and/or Manufacture Documents shall be in the custody and care of the Contractor during the Contract.

  • If the Construction and/or Manufacture Documents or Works are not in accordance with the Contract, the rectification shall not constitute a Variation.

  • The Contractor's Representative shall give his whole time to directing the preparation of the Construction and/or Manufacture Documents and the execution of the Works.

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:
