Construction Firm definition

Construction Firm means an entity or entities exclusive to one Respondent Team identified by a Respondent in its Response to have primary responsibility for carrying out the construction of the Project.
Construction Firm as defined in Section 5.13.
Construction Firm means means the firm(s) engaged by the Design-Builder to carry out the construction of the Project, as described in the Respondent’s Response, and as may be changed pursuant to this RFQ.
