To the extent services provided hereunder relate to construction, upon issuance of Construction Notice to Proceed, Bidder further agrees to attend the first available training session provided by SBOC BCCO at no cost and is obligated to ensure that representatives from each of the various trades who are involved in the inspection process attend the training session as well.
