Consultation Area definition

Consultation Area means, for the purpose of this Agreement, the area shown as “Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation Forest and Range Consultation Area Boundary” as per The Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation Tiyt Tribe Traditional Territory Map, attached in Appendix A, page 15.
Consultation Area means, for the purpose of this Agreement, the area shown as Zone A on the map of Mamalilikulla Territory, attached as Appendix A to this Agreement.
Consultation Area means the private secured area on the Consulib website used by the Doctor, under his/her sole liability, in compliance with the obligations binding him/her professionally and towards the national health authorities, containing all the data concerning the Doctor’s Professional Account. This area, available in the scope of the Solution, enables the Doctor to deliver online medical consultations (téléconsultations), within the meaning of Article L. 6316-1 § 1 of the French Code of Public Health (Code de la santé publique);

  • The application sites, edged blue, all fall in the 400m Consultation Area, edged black, so the local planning authority will need to consult Natural England.

  • Appendix 5 of the Hertfordshire Minerals Local Plan and the Mineral Consultation Area SPD also identified Pole Hole Quarry as a specific site for sand and gravel extraction (under Policy 3) as it had permission for extraction at the time of the Plan production.

  • The allocated site lies within a Minerals Consultation Area and Minerals Safeguarding Area as defined by Suffolk County Council.


More Definitions of Consultation Area

Consultation Area means, for the purpose of this Agreement, the area shown as Zone A on the map of Gwa’sala-’Nakwaxda’xw Territory, attached as Appendix A to this Agreement.

Related to Consultation Area

  • Consultation means the good faith attempt by the Depositary to discuss, if practicable, the relevant issue in a timely manner with a person employed by the Company reasonably believed by the Depositary to be empowered by the Company to engage in such discussion on behalf of the Company.

  • Consultation Period means the period of sixty (60) days or such other longer period as the Parties may agree, commencing from the date of issuance of a Developer Preliminary Default Notice or ESCOM Preliminary Default Notice as provided in Article 16 of this Agreement, for consultation between the Parties to mitigate the consequence of the relevant event having regard to all the circumstances.

  • Action area means all areas to be affected directly or indirectly by the Federal action and not merely the immediate area involved in the action (50 CFR 402.02).

  • Convention Area means the exclusive economic zone of a State Party, established in accordance with international law or, if a State Party has not established such a zone, an area beyond and adjacent to the territorial sea of that State determined by that State in accordance with international law and extending not more than 200 nautical miles from the baselines from which the breadth of its territorial sea is measured.

  • Consulting physician means a physician who is qualified by specialty or experience to make a professional diagnosis and prognosis regarding the patient's disease.

  • Radiation area means any area, accessible to individuals, in which radiation levels could result in an individual receiving a dose equivalent in excess of 0.05 mSv (0.005 rem) in 1 hour at 30 centimeters from the source of radiation or from any surface that the radiation penetrates.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer means a person acceptable to Buyer in its reasonable judgment who (a) is licensed to practice engineering in California, (b) has training and experience in the power industry specific to the technology of the Project, (c) has no economic relationship, association, or nexus with Seller or Buyer, other than to meet the obligations of Seller pursuant to this Agreement, (d) is not a representative of a consultant, engineer, contractor, designer or other individual involved in the development of the Project or of a manufacturer or supplier of any equipment installed at the Project, and (e) is licensed in an appropriate engineering discipline for the required certification being made.

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.

  • Negotiation Period has the meaning given in Clause 5.10;

  • Service coordination means a specialized care management service that is performed by a Service Coordinator and that includes but is not limited to:

  • Very high radiation area means an area, accessible to individuals, in which radiation levels from radiation sources external to the body could result in an individual receiving an absorbed dose in excess of 5 Gy (500 rad) in one hour at one meter from a source of radiation or one meter from any surface that the radiation penetrates.

  • High radiation area means an area, accessible to individuals, in which radiation levels from radiation sources external to the body could result in an individual receiving a dose equivalent in excess of one mSv (0.1 rem) in one hour at 30 centimeters from any source of radiation or 30 centimeters from any surface that the radiation penetrates.

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Consulting Engineer /"Consultant" shall mean any firm or person duly appointed as such from time to time by the owner.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.
