Professional account definition

Professional account means an account established for a person by a class C licensee or tavern licensee whose major business is the sale of food, by which the licensee extends credit to the person for not more than 30 days.

  • In addition to the general terms of Sign-up or Registration above, the User agrees to the following as necessary conditions to Sign-Up for and/or use a Professional Account: The User represents and warrants that all information submitted or provided by the User during the Sign-up process is accurate and true.
