Preliminary Termination Notice definition

Preliminary Termination Notice means a Nodal Agency’s Preliminary Termination Notice as defined in Article 13 of this Agreement;

Preliminary Termination Notice means a Long Term Transmission Customers’ Preliminary Termination Notice or TSP’s Preliminary Termination Notice, as the case may be, as defined in Article 13 of this Agreement;

• Following the issue of a Nodal Agency’s Preliminary Termination Notice, the Consultation Period shall apply and would be for the Parties to discuss as to what steps shall be taken with a view to mitigate the consequences of the relevant Event of Default having regard to all the circumstances.
