Consultative Council definition

Consultative Council means the consultative council to be established by the Borrower, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 2(a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.
Consultative Council means the Borrower’s Council, chaired by the Minister of Justice of the Borrower, responsible for developing and implementing insolvency policy, both on a national level and at the level of the EU, and includes the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Economics, and representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Association of Certified Insolvency Administrators, the Latvian Commercial Banks Association, the Employers’ Confederation of Latvia, and the Free Trade Union Confederation of Latvia.
